Value 0000000000 is not permitted for characteristc CRM Plan Version

Hi Experts,

We have a real time InfoCube (0CP_SLSCA) in BW, which is updated with planning data from CRM through BW BPS.

The Following are the steps that I have done:

1. Using Standard  Planning Level (4TPM9550). Created a Planning Adhoc package.

2. I have added the required/mandatory  Characters and Key Figures in the Planning level.

2. Using Standard Planning Profile. (4tpm0002)

In CRM the functional guy is not able to see the layout and also he is receiving that there is Planning service error and Value 0000000000 is not permitted for characteristc CRM Plan Version

Can any one guide me how to resolve this error?
