user assignment with HR replication

We are implementing SRM 7.02 and ECC 6.06.

We have active HR replication of the Org. Structure form ERP system to SRM, but we are not using CUA. We are creating SRM users with SU01 in SRM.

In the pre-productive systems the HR replication worked fine, but the users were not automatically assigned to the central persons, so we did this assingment manually using the transaction PP01 (in SRM), creating the relationship US B208, and assigning the SU01 user to this relationship. In the pre-producitve systems the system ID (infotype 0105, subtype 0001), was not created in HR/ECC and thus not replicated. We also maintained this realipship manually using PP01.

According to the note 550055 the system should create relationships for the users if the SU01 users already exist in the target system, which they didn't becaue they were created after HR replication. However, according to the note that this link should be created if the swithch HRLAX/USRAC is set to value 'X' in the table T77S0. Even if this switch is active in our system, the link between SU01 users and the central persons was not created automatically.

If I understand correctly the proper procedure would be:

1) create SRM users with SU01

2) HR replication with PFAL (assigment of SU01 users happens automatically)

Questions:

1) Can someone confirm if this procedure is correct?

2) What happens if the System ID  (infotype 0105, subtype 0001) is not maintained in HR/ECC and thus not replicated ot SRM? Do we have to maintain it manually with PP01 in SRM?

2) What happens if SRM users are created with SU01 after HR replication)? Will the system assign them automatically to the Org. Structure, or we have to do it manually? We have a job active for the upgrade of HR replication.

Best regards,

AJ
