Defining Material form -CINVAT

Hi,Gurus,

     pl. provide the solution. We have implemented CIN-VAT  in our company, we engaged   seal infotech to implement the  same in our company. Material forms were created for  all the  material existed at that time.After the implementation some new materials also created without defining the material form. what happens, if material form not defined,what is the procedure to define the material form.
