Here is my scenario (bizzare as always..:) - I have set up a 'Send to Home Addresses of users' option under 'Mail Sy. grp' tab in SO16 and for all users in our sysytem we have external email addresses maintained in User master record, Su01.
workflow sends email notifications to users' SAP Inbox and this So16 option is supposed
to auto-forward workflow notifications from SAP Inbox (SBWP) to external email addresses (lotus notes in our scenario), which is happening for some users, but not for others.
I compared user master records for user who is receving emails with the user who is not receiving and I don't see any difference.
Any ideas what could be wrong? Once again for some users as soon as notification arrives in SBWP, I see an entry in SOST but for other users that never happens.
