I have an EUP ID we created (100). We want to change the fields but when we make an entry the description gets repeated with a different setting. In other words, when we select the entry to change it, it doesn't just change, it creates an additional line with the desired entry. Any thoughts? Please help. Im on SP14 GRC AC10. I have attached the screenshot.
