Problem in COPA assessment KUS5

Hi Guys,

Kindly see the below requirement for me :

we have primary cost element with 5 digit for example 65401 for that we have a corresponding 6 digit(965401) secondary cost element (42 ). Similarly each primary cost element have a corresponding secondary cost element .

New GL is already  activated .

CO FI integration steps are already completed

For the above requirement we have implement substitution rule in GBB1 in cost of sales accounting ( IN RECONCILIATION step)

I have created the assessment cycle in KEU1 ,when i tried to execute the COPA assessment  in KSU5 the substitution is not triggered and the Secondary cost element is not triggered (6 digit)  to primary cost element  (5 digit)   

Kindly let me know is there any configuration i have missed or to fulfill this requirement is there any BADI needs to implemented ?
