Hi Experts We are working towards Service request Archiving and its its objects like Interaction records, work items, and Emails. We have tested, Work-items are getting archived. For the emails linked to an archived workitem id, no discrepancy was found. Hence, archiving work item id does not imply archiving of emails. We need an understanding on the SAP standard approach for archiving emails. We have found the below reports to be helpful, but only for few cases. a. RSSODFRE b. RSSO_DELETE_PRIVATE c. RSBCS_REORG Can someone please elaborate on the complete process of archiving emails and how the archived service requests can be displayed? Basically we looking at solution that once service requests are archived, we would still be making the archived service requests displayed. So Looking at drill down functionality of displaying service requests and interaction records and emails within. please help with inputs regarding same. Thanks Regards Upinder
