Dear Friends,
I have a requirement regarding Overtime to Absence Quota Conversion . We are using Positive time. Suppose we have 40hrs working per week. If an employee works 48hrs in a week then 8hrs should be converted to a Absence quota and permitted to take that as leave.
There are so many threads regarding Overtime compensation in payroll but we are not paying overtime rather each 8hrs of work should create an Absence quota.
Definitely a Time rule in schema to be added.
Experts , Please suggest a solution for this.
