Problem with PR (P)

hello,

I have a problem with WBS element according to "AccAssCat = P"

a strange WBS element was generated, I don't know how, and from where it is called, in fact the form is <<<PRxxxxxx>>>, and it does not exist in PRPS table. but I can not change it nor delete the PR.

can any one explains this strange issue?
