If you are interested in becoming a SAP HANA Distinguished Engineer, then please first read the SAP HANA Distinguished Engineer FAQ. Then, please visit the SAP HANA Distinguished Engineer Nomination Form. In short, we are looking for SAP HANA practitioners with at least 6 months project experience, who actively give back to the community in the form of technical content - blogs, videos, training sessions. All the HDEs are hands-on HANA experts.
Note that we would love more HDEs from partners and customers, so we have a healthy diversity.
HANA Distinguished Engineers
The list of HDEs is defined by the HANA Distinguished Engineer Council, who meet periodically to discuss, talk to, interview and blog members of the community. There is no specific tenure, but non-active members will be asked to become alumni.
