Multiple times same UD codes are appearing in QA11

Hello

I have created One client specific UD code group, Codes and set for 03. (ECC 6.0, )

Now when I am accessing these codes in QA11, I found that all code group/Codes and sets ( Std and custom)  are showing up Multiple Times in selection option.

We want only to see these once.

What is the reason, any guidance to control to show only one time.
