'And' condition for a characteristic

Hi,

I am creating a query in Bex query designer. We have a field called document type. When a record of document type zp is booked in SAP, it can or cannot have VD doc type.I want to display results such that all ZP doc should appear such that documents with ZP doc type which do not have corresponding VD documents.

In short 'and' condition should be applied such that ZP doc type exist and corresponding VD does not exist.
