Send Report when the alert is true

Hi,

I'm trying to send a report only when the alert is true.

I already create the alert for my report (count(client_account) > 0).

After I upload the report to the BI platform and I publish the reprot and schedule the report to send when the alert its true.

But the report don't be delivered.

I dont know if I miss some configuration when I am publishing the report or the alert are wrong.

Anyone knows some guideline to publish and schedule this publication with alerts
