work items disappearing from UWL in portal

Dear all,

in the process of analysing the Uwl skills workitem approval screen issue we deactivated and re registered the system from portal (issue http://scn.sap.com/thread/3484298).

but after doing these changes, workitems (leave, skills etc.) disappearing from portal uwl automatically. means when leave workflow started, the request is coming to UWL, after 5 min () it automatically disappearing from UWL and backed status going to "completed".

is there any property misplaced from portal or ECC?

we are on Portal 7.3ehp1 ang ecc6 ehp6.
