A matrix column that shows a field from a linked table

Hello,

I'm creating a custom UI form for a UDO of type document.

This UDO (say FATHER) has one child table (say CHILD). I show its data in a matrix.

Every line in CHILD links to a sales order line (RDR1).

 

In the matrix I'd like to show:

A) some columns from CHILD (I succeded)

B) a linked button column that links to ORDR using CHILD.U_OrderEntry (I succeded)

C) a column that shows RDR1.DocDueDate (how?)

D) a linked button column that shows RDR1.ItemCode and links to OITM (how?)

 

Something similar is done by B1 in pick list standard form (id 85), for instance.

 

Can you help me solving issues C and D?

I guess I should link my CHILD.U_OrderEntry and U_OrderLine with RDR1.DocEntry and LineNum.

Hi PS Guru,

 

Good Day!

 

Issue: The purchase order is about 80% completed already but we noticed in PS budget reporting, the delivered/invoiced amount doesn't reflect under the actual column of CN41N.

 

Cause: Per checking, the actual incurred was manually settled using an FI tcode ( FB01) instead of settlement through CJ88.

 

Question: How can we reflect the actual amount in CN41N given that it is manually settled through FB01. Thank you

 


Problem exporting PDF from Crystal after installing BO BI Client Tools

Hi there, I am running Crystal Reports 2011 and after installing SAP BusinessObjects BI platform 4 Client Tools Crystal reports crashes when I try to export a report as a PDF. I have reinstalled Crystal from scratch twice, the second time even cleaning the registry before installing with no success.  Any ideas?

SE16_DUMP : SYNTAX_ERROR : Syntax error in program "SAPLSETB ".

Hi Experts,

 

We are facing dump while executing SE16 transaction , dump is "Syntax error in program "SAPLSETB ".

 

This dump is coming when we try to execute SE16 , it is not allowing to go ahead.

 

Can you kindly guide to resolve this dump?

How to delete existing inbound delivery after outbound delivry is reversed

Hi Friends,

 

 

Inbound delivery is created after PGI is done (against outbound delivery in VL02N) through IDOC, message type DESADV.

    

 

But when the PGI is reversed there is no impact on the existing inbound delivery.

Next time PGI done for the same delivery with change in quality or batch etc. and message LAVA is not processed again.

 

Logically what should happen

 

  1.      If PGI is reversed then inbound delivery must be deleted.
  2.      For corresponding new PGI new inbound delivery must be created.

 

Is there any standard solution to achieve this.

Problem when writing tables: C_T_VARIABLES

Hello,

 

I've checked the forum regarding this problem without finding any good solution.

 

We have a problem to refresh a 3.5 Workbook when we try to refresh the whole WB. We have these errors :

When we try to refresh the query one by one everything is working fine. We have also tried to migrate the workbook on 7 and it works fine (it's not a solution on our case because some users are still in 3.5 version).

 

We have tried to disable all plugins on Excel without success. There's a SAP note regarding this problem but only with Excel 2007 and we are using Excel 2010.

 

Do you have any clue about the problem ?

Typical requirements are:

1. Point of sale billing

2. Barcoding - if same item is scanned twice, the qty of the item should increase, rather than creating a new item row.

3. Combo Offers - Buy 1 Get 1 Free, etc.

4. Repacking of items - buy in bulk and sell in loose

5. Support for multiple MRP for same item, example an item with old MRP is in stock, and the same item with new MRP is also in stock

6. Loyalty Point, Membership schemes

7. Multiple Payment Modes in same Invoice: Coupons, Card, Cash, etc.

 

The add-on should work on B1 Starter Pack licenses.

 

The customer operates small sized departmental stores from 3 locations, with 1 or 2 billing counters in each location, and has limited budget due to which we are suggesting B1 starter pack to him.

Different Payer in Sales Order replicated from CRM 7 to ECC

Hi All,

I have CRM Sales Order replicated from CRM 7 EHP 2 to ECC.

The Sold To party customer/business partner in ECC and CRM has multiple payers (e.g. Payer A, payer B, payer C).

The problem is if in CRM I choose Payer B or payer C in Sales Order,

after replication to ECC the Payer in Sales Order in ECC becomes Payer A.

It seems the Payer is determined from the first Payer maintained for the Sold To party master data.

What configuration is needed to make the same Payer comes in Sales Order for CRM and ECC ?

Wage Type is not getting defaulted in it 0008

Dear Sirs,

 

Just now I have seen the forum on wage type errors.

I am also getting the same error while trying the configuration.

I have checked a lot on forum however none  of them seems to work for my issue.

 

the error is

 

IndVal of wage type 5800: No entry in table T510 for key '10Z1ZA3MGR     015800' on 09.08.2014

Message no. RP032.

 

I have checked all table and still the same issues.

 

Please go through the screen shots and advise me some measures to over come this issue.

Google type search / type ahead seach feasibility using webUI framework

Is it possible to have type-ahead search / google type search feature in CRM Web UI , or is there any way that we can do the custom development using CRM Web UI framework?

 

This is especially for the fields involving like Accounts and Products in CRM Web UI.

Difference B.W "RSR_VARIABLE_F4_RESTRICT_BADI" and "ZXRSRU01"

Hi All,

 

I have a doubt regarding RSR_VARIABLE_F4_RESTRICT_BADI and ZXRSRU01.

 

I have a requirement like i have 2 filters 1)plant and 2) purchase group. when you select a plant , purchase group should show only the relevant purchase group of the plant.

 

 

so after searching in scn some said like implement "RSR_VARIABLE_F4_RESTRICT_BADI". I successfully created a BADI for the requirement and i am getting desired result at BADI executing level.

 

then i tried executing query in RSRT in debug mode after a lot of time i am able to figure where execution is going.. it is noting but "ZXRSRU01"(CMOD varibles).

 

thing is i am able to see my break points during debug(in break point section) i.e means my BADI is included but not executed why?

 

can any one please let me know when to use RSR_VARIABLE_F4_RESTRICT_BADI and ZXRSRU01 in what and which scenario?

Buttons Save and Back , Save , Cancel not appear

Dear experts

 

I have add the infotype 0022 using the steps of the following

 

Adding any Info Type IN ESS in EHP5/6 through WebDynpro Configuration

 

However when try of Edit the data the system not show the Buttons Save and Back , Save , Cancel as appear with other Infotypes(Address, Family members, persona data)

In customizing for the item category, you can determine the basis for billing using the indicator billing relevance.

This allows you to carry out the following controls:

 

A: Relevant for delivery-related billing documents

B: Relevant for order-related billing documents

C: Relevant for order-related billing documents

D: Relevant for pro forma

F: Relevant for order-related billing documents - Status according to the invoice receipt quantity

G: Relevant for order-related billing of the delivery quantity

H: Relevant for delivery-related billing documents - no zero quantities

I: Relevant for order-related billing documents - billing plan

J: Relevant for cross EC country deliveries.

K: Relevant for delivery-related partial billing documents

 

To set the billing relevance you need to go into transaction VOV7, field TVAP-FKREL.

 

In transaction VA01, TVAP-FKREL is copied into VBAP-FKREL.

It is important to know that any change to TVAP-FKREL does not affect the billing relevance of sales documents that already exist.

Note 127514 has a report to update VBAP-FKREL with the new value in TVAP-FKREL.

 

In transaction VL01N, VBAP-FKREL is copied into LIPS-FKREL

It is important to know that any change to TVAP-FKREL does not affect the billing relevance of deliveries that already exist.

Note 319866 has a report to update LIPS-FKREL with the new value in TVAP-FKREL.

 

 

Billing Status

 

Sales order

The header billing status is stored in table VBUK-FKSAK.

It depends on the status of all items in table VBUP-FKSAA.

 

 

The function RV_XVBUP_MAINTAIN is performed by VA02/3 and menu Goto > Item > Status

 

 

Delivery

The header billing status is stored in table VBUK-FKSTK.

It depends on the status of all items in table VBUP-FKSTA.

 

 

Table VKDFS

Table VKDFS stores all the SD documents relevant for billing and not fully billed.

See note 301254, 386370.

 

 

Table VKDFS is read during billing due list transactions VF04, VF06 to find documents to bill.

It is updated when the SD document is saved.

The update occurs in update task so it cannot be debugged normally.

 

 

The table VKDFS can be rebuilt by report RVV05IVB (check the flag ‘Billing index’).

 

 

This report RVV05IVB can be debugged normally.

Main forms:

Form LK_01 in LV05IFLK for deliveries

Form AP_01 in LV05IFAP for sales orders

 

 

Report RVV05IVB rebuilds VKDFS based on current billing statuses in tables VBUP and VBUK.

If they are not correct, then it is necessary to repair them before.

 

 

Special processing for intercompany process: see note 38501.

 

 

Copy routines

During invoice creation the check on the billing status is performed inside the copy requirement routines.

 

 

For the following symptoms:

Documents with billing status Opened cannot be billed

Documents with billing status Completed or Not relevant can be billed

 

 

You need to check if you are using the approriate copy-routines, adapted for the specific business.

If you are using custom requirement routines, you need to check if you are checking the right billing status fields:

VBUP-FKSAA for order-related billing

VBUP-FKSTA for delivery-related billing

Issue on initial load write to Identity Store pass

Hallo All,

 

I encounter an issue on my IDM development system which I have been trying to solve for a couple of days.

It seems that the passes part of the initial load job are not able to write or read on my identity store anymore.

 

This is the error message I receive.

Structural Authorization failed

Hi All,

 

Need your help on a case which I've been handling. I've been working as a SAP HCM Authorization consultant.

 

I was assigned with a case, in which a group of user's are not able to view Forms via a custom transaction, and FYI in our system Structural authorization is being implemented. When I was checking on one of the group members, I took SU53 screen shot for him, and it says 'Failed HR Structure Authorizations - with details like date, plan version, Object type as P,its object ID and Action as DISP'. But what is weird is that none of those team members are assigned with pd profiles in both the speed tables (T77UA & T77UU). What I couldn't understand is that without any pd profile assigned to them, why are they getting error as Structural Authorization failed. They are facing this issue since last week, so I checked for the change log of the users and I couldn't find anything. Also one of the team member who was also facing the issue, but now it is resolved for her alone, again there has been no change made to her role. I'd even checked the change log of all the roles which is assigned to them. Can anyone help me on this situation please ! Thanks a lot in advance

Webi- Issues when using multiple Queries

Hi All,

 

 

I have a requirement as follows:

A crosstab which will have Year dimension both in the vertical and horizontal header. How ever the horizontal header should have years chosen by the user.

And the vertical header should have all the years that belong to that dimension.

For this I am using two queries.

Query 1 ->Audit Name , Year

Query 2 ->Year with a multiselect prompt

 

 

But the problem with this is that after exec uting the queries the Year dimension gets merged and gives me a union of all the years.

Also if I avoid merging the dimensions, it gives up the infamous #DATASYNC error.

 

However I want crosstab horizontal header to show up only the selectd years(that are selected using the prompt by the user).

 

 

Please help.
