Hybrid Container UI5 app for Windows 7 based Tablets

Hello Friends,

Is it possible to support Hybrid webcontainer UI5 app on windows 7 Tablets integrated with SMP 3.0.if yes,which hybrid container should be used.It looks like Apache cordova is not supported on windows 7.If we use the chromium web container approach,there is no support for kapsel.
